The place I was reading about didn't do drug testing. They really couldn't enforce the rule until you were diagnosed with lung cancer, at which point they would terminate your health benifits.

Jer,

Nah it was not ACL surgery, thank god. In 02 i tore my medial and laterl meniscus, and sadly i tore the medial again (don't ask me how as that still is blowing my mind) and the doc said since my knee was very notchy and grindy he would look around. He noticed at my age with my last surgery i scarred too much from surgery and developed a lot of arthritis on that joint. So while fixing the joint he scrapped off a lot of arthritis that was there as well.

rlui0514- I would love to meet up however my knee surgery limits me to driving stick for several weeks. However check out the autox, or i'm sure some people might be willing to meet up with you as these locals here love to just chill and have a good time.

And for smoking... its getting pretty redic that places are telling you not to smoke at home or on your own time. I can't wait to see whats next...

wow thats plain rude taking away someones job?....I mean yea I dont like smoking and like the fact I may be able to hit up a bar and no smoke is around and be able to breathe easy. But if someone wants to smoke outside or in there own home by all means.....

crazy stuff

btw anybody notice it got damn cold all of a sudden??? I think were going to get hammered this winter....I may have to get new tires sooner than I thought I would, no way will I risk the advans Hopefully its a few degrees warmer in Dover, De (im def. not ready for this cold crap) im heading there this weekend for camping and the nascar race.

Trav,

My gf and mother drove me to the hospital this morning at 530am... The outside temp read 48 degrees.

All i have to say for a bad winter is "bring it on, i drive and evo!"

I feel for ya. I had both meniscus and ACL done at the beginning of summer - luckily on the right leg!

Good luck Steve

yeah it sucks man its a simple surgery however its just very annoying. The recovery time is nothing like they say it is. The last surgery i had the doc said "you should be able to walk without crutches in 3 days"... This time he said "some people have walked that night of their surgery".

However this feels way worse compared to last time, i guess ill be on crutches for another 6-7 days again :'(.

well crap, thats not fun. But hey its all good man we all have accidents, and none of them are fun in any aspect. Now if your a demolition driver you might disagree with that statement.

But i am going to try to hobble to bed and hopefully sleep. Talk to you goons tomorrow!
