little update on the 30r install got the stock turbo, manifold,and o2 assembly off the car so all that is left is droppin in the new setup boltin on and top off my fluids. still got the injectors to do and a couple wires for the speed density conversion for the aem and it will be ready for tune finally after ownin the aem since like march. for now its within the hour of gametime so i am plantin my a$$ in the recliner and watch some steeler football

he's jsut rusty. he has been through alot the last several months. i am sure he will find his groove again.

whew! what a day. I have to give a hand to oppie and ozlancer for showing up to race today. good job guys. Luke that ralliart oversteers like a beast huh . All and all i have to say that was a wacky course. I did drive alot better this week ending up 1st place loser by .3 seconds . oh well. And Mondo, the clutch is still holding . I got alittle scared today because all that shifting into first kinda made the car all crazy. If anyone want to try this auto-x thing, next weekend is the annual autum leaf classic at north park. Its $30 and you get a t-shirt, dinner, and trophey's for the first 3 spots in every class. It should be alot of fun.

 

well that is good news about your clutch jer. i am finding out first hand that replacing them is pricey and a pain in the ***. haha

 

neeed to find a shop close to uniontown that has a walbro fuel pump 255 in stock anyone know of anything i think my fuel pump is goin out thanks

Go to slowboy...Its abot 30-40 min from there. They will have a fuel pump.

 

well i got my *** handed to me by the damn hottest girl in the fastest all motor civic i seen on the street it was red carbon fiber hood pulled her over she knew just about as much as me abotu cars anyone see her around i think im in love lol

 

nice glenn gotta love racer chicks! got the turbo kit in yesterday after the game its movin along very nice no problems with fitment nothin got it all mocked up on the car including intercooler piping oil lines and all . i needed 1 gasket for the oil return line so i call 2 mitsubishi dealerships and what do they say we dont have them gotta order earliest is monday next week , so i say fock that call up cregger at slowboy , got them in stock, they are a better supplier of oem stuff than the dealer. got them in my hand now. hell the dealer didnt even have basic exhaust gaskets how do they work on these cars? thats is why i havnt been back to the dealer since i drove the car off the lot!! i assumed all liability from day one

 

yup the dealer told me they did both recalls but did a lil lookin into it and they didnt do **** but hold my car for a day in there garage

Anyone with an 03 in here... Did you get that sticker recall thing that had to be placed under the hood? I remember when i got it i got a notification call saying "there is a recall inthe mail and it needs to be performed by a mitsu tech"... So they wanted me to come into the dealer and get some bull**** sticker put on... Needless to say i did it myself.

Sometimes i think the dealers are on drugs.

And kudos on the work so far dan. Is she going to be ready for the next evo meet?

Not a good day for us evo owners. I do have an alarm, but now I'm considering getting one of the paging kinds. But the sad thing is that if professionals are involved, like they were in this guys case, there's not a damn thing you can to save your car. No alarm, club, immobilizer, etc is going to stop them.
