dude im serious.... and i need this tranny bad... cause he had like 5 sales fall through before i bought it... and i made him an offer when he first posted and he didnt take it...i will even come up there and get 2k worht of parts off of his car if it comes to it... he owes the adam guy like 2600 in laboy for taking building his car and taking it apart to part it out... and of course the only thing he doesnt have is his tranny which he came to get to ship to me like 2 weeks ago.. then he got ghost

And i'm not sure who thinks taking a little bit of time to build you car is wrong. My car has a timeline of about 2 more years. Alltho mine is running.

 

haha well I definitly love to talk shi it. But usually in good fun and I dont hold back it is what it is.

Sometimes you play hard you pay hard shiit happens like my incident , I wouldnt wish that on an enemy but it appears that some are finding this rather humerous.

The whole running Evo thing is getting old. How else would you expect to do a build as mine, broke or not with it being running. At some point it would have to no longer run in order to do the build Right or Wrong??

 

Umm sounds about right. If you have a motor that no go, you will not go. lol. I kno i sure as heck would be SOL if mine blow's. Altho thats when money does the talking.

 

I"m really pretty excited to see both of your guys builds. I need to start thinking about my direction here in the next 2 years. So i'll be happy to have some input from some locals.

 

I tell you what, you help me and dan with suspension questions, and im sure we will more than glad to help with motor the other aspects to the builds

 

I am fairly positive that if push came to shove , I am sure I could get the dough together to finish it right quick.

But I see no reason to pull funds from different things that would not be benificial in the long run. I do have a family and its not always about me , as you know.

If I am patient its nothing but recreational funds spent on a fully recreational vehicle.

I always looked at the Evo in the point of view that if it breaks no big deal park it and build it . That is why I pushed the motor hard it never fazed me. I made a real habbit of pushing the stocker well over 8k on highway runs with boost that Did Not taper that stuff is hard on the stocker, basically it was a timebomb and it got me first Oh Well. Thats life you win some you lose some

From day one the Evo has been recreational and not needed. My daily events revolve around our business and its work vehicles. I could have saved myself the car payment on the Evo , but I got into it out of pure love. And I am still lovin it , even with it down. It is definitly like foreplay soon I will get to nut!!!!

Yeah I think they may be first on the list Really they were the only dudes around my way that I couldnt keep behind me haha. 5th gear sucks hard and them cobra's with the 6speed would pull hard in 5th so they would beat me down every time Bastards

 

nate actually did raise it to 8000 now, i tried holding 4th last time....well i will see how it goes this year
