Does anyone know what the legal limit is in PA? I would like to get tinted. I took a PA inspection course but that was at least 5 years ago and then I think they said the front windows (drivers side/ pass. side) could not be tinted at all but I thought the rears were ok to a certain % but not sure what that is?

 

i got one here right outside of philly in upper darby, i had to remove it and take it to the station and a cop checked to see if i took it off, no ticket, but if you don't go show them, i think you get a ticket in the mail.

 

Ive been pulled over 7 times for window tints, all with warnings and all in Newington. Finally got tired of getting pulled over and got them changed to 35% all around except the rear window which is 20%. I dont think cops keep taps on there warning tickets.

 

yeah i just brought a picture with the tint off the car and the threw the ticket out.
