Is someone on this forum the person who owns a yellow evo 8 that drives on washington ave (closer to suny albany side of wash ave ) like almost everyday? really dark window tint? I see them all the time and today I honked.

 

I've seen at least three other Evos in the Capital District area.. Only one dude (in a BBY one) waved back or acknowledged when I honked though... Maybe the others are not on this board. Anyways, it would be cool to have a get together sometime, if we can get a few Evos together.

 

Where is everyone in Upstate, anyway? I work in Schenectady/Albany area @ Langan Motor Car on Central and live up in Saratoga.

Yea I would definitly meet up. I live in Kingston, NY about 40miles south of you on the thruway, pretty sure I could convince a friend to come with who just got an 06 MR.

 

Did your friend just buy his MR from Otto Mitsubishi in Clifton Park? The dealership called me last week or the week before to let me know that someone from Kingston drove up there to buy it. They said he traded in his bmw for the evo. Good choice!

 

That GG MR has been at Otto for over a year. I hope if that's the car he bought he got a great deal! No dealer likes celebrating birthdays with their inventory

 

I'm from Rotterdam, UpstateEvo, you work at Langan? Do you work at the VW/Audi/Porsche building or Chrysler/Jeep? I have a friend whos bought a few Jettas from there and his dads bought a couple 911's too. I know theres @ least 2 Evo's here in Rotterdam, oddly enough they live like 2 blocks from eachother. One is red and the other is silver, blue HKS badges on the wing. If we get somethin together I'll def invite him along.

Yup, you got it. It's Mike and Ken. I guess there arent too many 911's around Rotterdam, let alone GT3's haha.
