Warranty Help PLEASEEEEE

hey, i dunno if this is the right spot to post this but i am wondering if anybody knows someone that works at a mitsu dealer anywhere in north jersey or within a driveable distance that could help get warranty work done on my evo for a transfer case. I know that if i take the car in as is the warranty will be voided so i am hoping that someone can help me out here.

I don't know anyone, but I bet if you remove the MBC and BOV you will have a better chance. They should not be able to void your entire warranty, but may deny your claim still. What are your symptoms?

Whatever you do, take your mods out of your sig before you go in. I got burnt by mods posted online. Seriously.

Don't waste your time pulling your mods off. Any transfer case taken in for warranty will be voided by the terms of "abuse" I just got my car back from this last week, all it had was a boost gauge, and my warranty was declined for abuse. The warranty claim is in arbitration now...

yea i kinda figured that the warranty would be voided even with the pipes and mbc off.. Even with all that stuff off the clutch would probably void it still correct? i was hoping to maybe speak with a mechanic and possibly try and "help" them see where im coming from to push the warranty through. anybody ever try that?

I would just be honest with the guy and see what he says. The service manger at my dealership is pretty good about stuff as long as you shoot straight arrows and he knows what he is getting into if he tries to help you out on something.

Do you have an aftermarket clutch in the car (not in sig)?

Otherwise you've got to pay to play.
