I just bought a new 03 Lancer Oz Rally and i bought a seven year or 72,000 mile warranty on it. My question is what can i modify that will not void my warranty?I wanna put an intake and stuff like that on to give it more giddy up but am afraid that it will void my warranty.Please Help!!!

 

RRM intake will not void the warranty from what I've heard. You can always install an exhaust system that bolts straight to the stock hangers.

Warranty was used alot in that thread.............anyway i saw on the news and know because i looked into a crystal ball that any extended Warranty is, i wouldnt say rip off, but an extra way for the dealership to make money. when i bought my lancer it came with a factory Warranty which i think is good enough, and when i refused the extended Warranty i pissed them off, it must have been because it made my monthly payments drop from $315 to $268. ouch, multiply the difference of those by 60 months and find how much money they dont get from me.....should be close to $3000 right?
