I dropped tehe entire stock TBE, put the new TBE together on the floor and then put it back in. Didn't take long at all. Probably faster to do it as a whole then in pieces.
p.s. I disabled Periphery FAA bit9 - cold start ignition retard, no more brick wall when the car is cold. High five!!!
