I dunno i am still sold on the Red but i want to see some data on the tomei. I like the BBK but for $100 more you get a turbo with a bit more potential.

That is a sick price for that car.

That Evo doesn't look legit for $14k. Where the seller islocated is about 15/20 minutes from my house. If this really is legit, Marshall should jump on this without question!!!

the fact that the red needs high boost (28+) plus a lot more laggy just doesn't cut it for a stock engine setup. on a built engine with e85 I think that is a great all around turbo. The BBK spools like stock, makes more power than a green.

I think i am ok with full spool around 4100rpm. It still seems to be good for more power on pump, not a lot, but more. So far the 93 tunes for the red seem to be pretty conservative with boost. Not sure why.

Well we have a close date of Feb 9th on the house...so no new cars for me for a while....hopefully next year I can get back in the game! The '03's seem to all be going for between 11-15k so I don't see why I couldn't get back in one in a year or two. For right now everything is going towards the house...kitchen table & chairs, living room set, tv, entertainment center, fridge, washer/dryer...we have a lot of $$ yet to spend!

the thing that sketches me out about that car is there is no mention to the mods, only information on the basic options. A lot of love went into that car and i assume the "owner" would mention the modifications.

There is a used car dealer up in Derry that eats up cars like these...I bought my first GSX from them (I got screwed but didn't know any better at the time ) but they had a bunch of DSM's, 3000GT VR4's, Mustangs, etc. Wouldn't surprise me if they were the ones actually selling it (even though it says private seller...)
