They were going to put him to sleep I think 
He's an awesome dog- listens really well and loves to play. He needs some socialization, though- he gets way too excited if he sees another dog when we are walking. He probably needs to gain 5-10 pounds.
i think we could work something out- when you wanna come by?

He and Odin get along great. And yes, those are his ribs sticking out
He does already understand, sit, stay, come, down, lay down and paw. He also goes into his crate without any issue. I just felt so bad when I saw him.
