I have been looking into a rack for my Evo. But I am inquiring/looking for Thule. So far I have yet to find anything priced reasonably for me to purchase. Here are the part #'s from Thule for the CT9A:

- 400XTR Rapid Aero Feet
- RB43 Rapid Load Bars (alum oval design, *not square profile bars)
- 2041 Fitment Kit
- 871XT Wind Fairing (medium)

I work for Volvo, and they have Thule manufacture all their roof top accessories. So I will source my snowboard holder from Volvo to save me money. I'm still searching sites that offer discounted Thule items.

You could always buy new towers then just buy everything else used.. I have the towers that will work with the MR since I can't use rain gutter mounts I just need to find a round bar and snowboard attachment. I found someone selling the bar and spare towers for 75$ on craigslist, and another person selling newish snowboard/ski holders with bnib keys for 30$... Gotta love craigslist.
