in new jersey, has anyone been caught for being catless. if so, what were the fines. (fix it ticket or big time fine?)

I don't think cops check for cats in NJ. I dont have a cat and I get pulled over all the time for having a loud exhaust but they never looked under the car.

its a federal offense. so state troopers can check. and road side inspections in some towns will get you.

but besides mobile inspections ull get a fix it ticket. just hope a trooper doesn't check. it is a couple grand tho. i forget the exact number.

 

HOLY **** that is ridiculous... a couple of grand? I'm not moving there anytime soon.

 

I really gotta make mine look like a cat again in the DSM. This is one reason I won't ever run catless in the evo also.
