i have ny plates and live in pa ..they dont bother me for having just the rear plate..

Nah, i'm keeping it. Retail on the bumper is $775...I can get it to you for $585 for an authentic Mitsu OEM piece.

Unfortunately Mitsu doesn't offer painted bumpers anymore...they used to, but not anymore. As for time...we can have it in in 2-4 days.
