Hey guys, last week I was pulled over and ticketed for my so-called "loud"

3" AMS TBE......

Tonight my bro gets pulled over and ticketed also for his "loud" exhaust on his
S2K..... so I was wondering are the cops cracking down or was this my unlucky day?

 

Where in Ny did he get pulled over?

 

its the end of the month so they could be trying to get their quotas??

 

Probably in the Forest Hills, Rego Park area

im in brooklyn, i got pulled over once in queens for my tints so far thats all.

 

Yup its that time.. I always avoid Queens Blvd. at the end of the month.. Is the evo-ny web site down?

 

keep away from the area and it should solve ur problems , i live in woodhaven and im always driving around and never get pulled over and my car is redicoulously loud.

also, yeah with Queens blvd, watch out for the speed trap right in the westbound median right in front of the mall, where Queens Blvd intersects with the LIE......

i had two already... one in suffolk.. one in queens.... kind of getting annoying,,,,

 

lol u got a point , i drive on woodhaven blvd everyday no problems , but i wouldnt dare drive around 108st or 71st continental , i always take the back roads , the problem is that precint off austin st and yellowstone blvd. .

 

When I got pulled over it was right on Woodhaven by Dunkin Donuts.....

I caught the cops attention as I coasted by in low gear past them..... my exhaust must have given off some burbling sounds, maybe even some pops as I passed by.....


We'll see, I'm gonna look into cut outs now...

 

the dunkin donuts on 63rd drive ?. i dont know find out if a cut out or even a silencer is going to affect ur tune . i know on my k series integra my car will run rich with the silencer in and when out it will lean out

 

I got tired of getting pulled over I had a Rookie cop waited for me to make a turn so he can pull me over @zzholes. so I decided to get a cut out. I actually got one today from Ed (EvoTech) looks good..

 

the silencer makes my car sound wimpy man..........lost some low end, and i dare not go WOT with it in place.....

maybe for normal driving and putzing around town, it should be ok, but to cruise around in "kill mode" is outta da question

 

stay off of crossbay blvd as well there hounds..
