Help Turbodan!!

the other day a well like and respected evom member was banned (supposedily for good). Not mentioning any names besides the victim's, TurboDan
He was banned for good on this site due to he bringing information about the politics within this forum.

I know many people on here have dealt with Dan and we need to come together and get him back on here.

Always have liked Dan. Unfortunately when you have strong beliefs that go against the "authority" figures of this forum....Ish happens. Hope to see him back. I happen to agree with Dan on many of his views.

turbodan was a great person. i talk to him often. ill find out.

this sight and free speech/opinion are non existent. it seems it is becoming more of a business then a place for what it used to be.

opinion is not aloud and if its not what the bosses ''mods'' want to here or if they dont agree you get points and other bs. and some people/vendors have pull and can get there way. 2 years ago this sight was fun, safe, and well organized. now a days the rules are basically if you dont like it leave.

His banning had nothing to do with his expression of "political" issues on this site. Which, by the way, were unfounded and irresponsible. I would be happy to discuss those issues with anyone in the feedback forum or via PMs.

He escalated this way beyond what was necessary. He created a second account (he was not banned at the time) which I removed. His account was banned for 7 days for multiple accounts as per our rules. During that timeout he sent PM's to the staff via another website that made a permanent ban mandatory. Because of the nature of the PMs, I will not go into details. Please PM me if you have additional questions or concerns.

We are reviewing our options relative to the content of the messages. The ban is permanent.
