i grew up in both marchwood and downingtown so i am not exactly new to the area. it is funny. i've lived in spain and miami and swore i would never come back to small town PA and here i am owning a home in thorndale.

i am still on her about moving to italy for a few years. they built this new medical complex in montepulciano, tuscany a couple of years ago. i got my eye on that place as my next place of employment.

the house is just off g o carlson blvd west of 340. should make my commute to south philly interesting.

i live closer to you in where i am now. i live just north of the mall in a lovely area called east norriton (read: norristown). i am not crazy about this area. can't drive anywhere. you want to try something out on your car but can't because everyone does 30mph and there are lights and cops everywhere.

peace out montco!

I grew up in Downingtown too! I lived off rt 113 on Peck Rd. Did you go to Downingtown HS?

I always liked the look of the BR TBE and wanted one since I got the Evo. Plus, it's made in the USA, fairly inexpensive, and performs well Can't beat that

Same way here in Lansdale.

Down in Downingtown/Exton, you have the 30 bypass, some parts of rt 100, rt 202, ect. to go out and have fun.

To hell with that, the back roads around here are so much better.

And be careful on 100 from Exton and points north. Lots of cops because of UTI.

Best to be off the road around 8-8:30pm on a week night. UTI lets out and its mayheim on the roadways, I'm not the biggest fan. ATC is right across the street from me and to be honest they aren't much better.
Yes, roads surrounding West Chester, Dowingtown are much better if you want to get out and go for a little cruise. 401-345-82-282 is one of my favorite loops on a Sunday afternoon.

Who takes orders in the S2Ki forum? It can't be Neal, because I was able to get two sets. I ordered pretty early in the mornig though... I'm hoping to have my brakes overhauled by the 22, but I'm doubting it at this time. Still need to pick up front rotors.

I picked up the Beatrush panel last night, does anyone know if that would bump me a class since it is an aero upgrade? It doesn't stick out like a lip or anything! I hope it doesn't bump me up since autocross is pretty low speed.

pete and willie. you're right about the backroads in the area. i missed them. just driving out there the other day from work in south philly was nice. 95 to 322 to 202 to 322 then backroads in west bradford which are open and curvy. can't complain.

if you put a set of pliers and my evo keys in front of me and said: you can either drive to collegeville across norristown at 4pm on a friday OR you can pull your teeth out with these pliers. i 'd be hard pressed to make a decision.

metal4all6. I grew up probably not even 2 miles from you. i grew up on the other side of 113 in the neighborhood right on whitford country club. and i went to bishop shanahan high school when it was still in west chester.

I slept on the tirerack deal and missed out on the 255/40's. at the rate I'm going I doubt my Z1's are going to last me an entire season. My gut feeling is I'm going to have to bite the bullet and pay full price for a set of rubber probably a little past mid summer.

The NT05 looks pretty promising, and so does the RE-11. There's so many good tires out there right now.
