not quite. that is c3-4-5. the cervical spine goes to c7 where the neck and shoulders/back meet. if you look at that picture you can't really make out the boarders of c4-5 because there is a slap of hip bone bolted over it.

never mess with you neck and back. you'll never be right again. it is like serious side chassis damage in a car.

Yea my collar bone and shoulders took the brunt of the fall. I compressed/fractured C7,T1, T2and T3 I think. It sucked, and still does. If I spend all day on a track machine I can definatly feel it the next couple of days

My best friend just did 5 vertabra in the lumbar spine. He has floting fragments that they are worried about now.

 

I can break all 4 loose pretty easily so I go last. The badassness of good power and lousy tires has to be dead last for the best effect.
