Philadelphia Car Meets
Ok hmm my options. I need a new front bumper and a new lip.
Oem painted from gruppe s roughly 900
New lip less than 300
total 1200ish
voltex full front bumper 1099
paint less than 300
total 1400ish
used
no one has one.
Voltex sounds best, but without the wider front fenders as well as the rear over fenders it looks off to me. Opinions?

I had no money, now I realllllyyy have no money. Instead of a cage I'm now having to buy a new bumper.
Another option is an evo 8 bumper cut out the triangle and a do luck front lip.

hey nick, kittenz is a hot chick with a nice evo. lets leave it at that. lol, wtf happened to ur bumper mak? i need to get a new front lip cause the ice and snow ripped part of mine off but that can wait cause im goin boarding lol.
Also, yes you need injectors to run E85, 1000cc's would be best.
Shaw, I don't hate talking to Chu, I just don't think he understands when I say I don't really have any extra cash. Could I afford to send my hotside to get ported, I prob could, but its not really a priority for me right now. Really the next thing I need to buy is tires, which contrary to popular belief is a big purchase.

But I feel the same way when I talk to Jim, PEtey, Ben, Marc, etc. THey all talk about things I would like to do, but have no money for...at the moment at least. Trust me, there's a long list of mods that I'd like to do.
all you guys make me feel like i have no money whatsoever. a tune isn't a ton of money and neither is basic maintanence. i consider about 1000 bucks for tires to be substantial (and almost double that for a decent set of wheels) especially when you share a bank account with someone else. plus this summer i am rebuilding my porch/power washing and painting my house/painting interior of my house/tearing up my lawn (or lack there of). all while going out to nice dinners and going on vacations.
Ehh, we all have priorities, and I respect that. I dont have a house, but I do have some loans I'm paying back. I'd like to go on vacation, but the g/f can't take off that much. Per diem and mileage really hleps me save my paycheck. I bought my clutch with all per diem money/mileage. I'm working on saving to go to France next year...you racing fans prolly know why. Chau and I want to go in June!
All that aside, this is a car forum, so all I want to talk about is mods...and posting F/S and WTBin this here thread!

i just finished paying my student loans this past december which helps out a ton. the savings will be short lived because my wife needs a new car so there go another monthly payment.
chu, by per diem you mean a chunk of money work gives you to travel for each day? per diem in healthcare means something different...it refers to staff that work on an "as needed" basis for an accelerated rate (otherwise known as PRN....like medication).
