chu, yea i got 30, thought it was going to be much darker, its not....my buddy got 20 on his car. looks much better. but on the other hand i didnt want to go too dark, have trouble at night, and get hassled by cops. i know there more lax in the city vs the burbs but w.e. still up in the air about how i feel. at night it looks sexy, in the sun looks real light. dont want to pay to have it re done tho...oh well ill see if i can post some pics and get some opinions. damn i hope i didnt mess up

 

I've got 15% on my car and have never been hassled about it. Although I roll both my fronts all of the way down everytime I see a cop ahead.

Hey I saw your post and almost forgot to comment. I had problems with the ETS UICP popping off under boost.....both the lower and upper piece. I talk to Tom at ETS and basically he said "Don't be afraid to wrench down on it" Well I did just that. I made sure the worm clamps were very tight. I haven't had a problem since. I would do a couple of quick pulls locally if I were you. I almost got stranded on I-476N one day after work because it popped off and I didn't have any tools to tighten it back up. Since then I haven't had any problems. This was all a sometime early last Spring I think.

import junky; yea i still think maybe going 20 would have been a good idea. i duno, obviously i cant do anything about it now, just hope i like it as much as i thought. i just feel that if i was going to bother to get it than i shoulda gone all out and gotten dark as sh*^...damn i duno. it still looks good and visability at night is almost perfect which is a plus. are you planning on going to the hooters meet? bc im thinking bout heading up past lansdale on the way to school, so either going to try to stop by the hooters before i leave sat, or stop by lansdale on the way up.

Another good tint shop is run by a guy named John in Philly, by UPenn's campus. I've had 4 family cars done there. I think Long good it done there, and a bunch of my friends. They are very good!
