yeah right now I'm trying to find out what all the CELs (I'm not getting a light, but when I scan I get the codes) are for and if they will get resolved when I pull the HKS out and run off of the stock ecu.
right now I have:
p0107 Manifold absolute pressure/Bar sensor low Input
(I think that is the for the Maf that is currently out and sensor unplugged)
p0443 Evap emission system purge control vavle circuit
(that is a sensor near the intake manifold that is unplugged
)
p0113 Intake air temp sensor
(think that is related to the maf as well)
also I have:
p0201-204 for injectors
(I think that is because the HKS is controlling them
)
so far I have a MAF on order and I THINK that is all I need
but I looked at the relay box and saw a few missing but I'm not sure if they are supposed to be there or not

oh thats alright I was just wondering if you could look in that box and see what relays you have
you are running the stock ecu Right?
for what ever reason they don't mention it in the owners manual and I can't seem to find any info on the forum

so it looks like I'm missing the ignition coil relay and the engine speed detection connecter

any one want to go to their evo 8 and snap a quick pic of their relay box for me so I know for sure?

You guys should do the New England Rally Fall Run, Oct 16... Bring the woman with you... Its a cruise from Springfield MA to Stowe VT for lunch @ Trapp family lodge, then a drive through NH to Wrights Turkey Farm for Dinner, then up to some cabins in Pittsburg NH for the night... Its free to participate, just need to pay your own way... We already have our cabin reserved...

Take it to EFI & get it gone over and it will make it 9 hours without flinching..

exactly.. lol. I am currently investing my money into seats(because i dont have any in my car now), and then rims(pickin up mire's set of rotas), THEN im gonna be takin it to EFI
