You may want to keep an eye on the MoHud forums, as we typically request people sign up a week or two beforehand for the Test-n-Tune/Autocross School event on Saturday, just so we know how many people are showing up. We've typically gotten 25-35 people out for those types of events, and anywhere from 40-60 for the autocross events @ ACC.

MoHud SCCA is holding a Test-n-Tune/Autox school event at Adirondack Community College, Queensbury, NY, this Saturday, April 24th. If you've never autocrossed before, we'll have instructors on hand to give you some tips and show you around the event. Otherwise, take a bunch of runs on the course and see what your car can do. *NOTE* Event 1, originally scheduled for Sunday April 25th has been canceled due to the college double booking the site.

Albany area Evo X checking in here guys. Anyone know of a reputable tuner around here or do I have to go to Jersey like everyone else?

 

Call Sean Ivey and be done with it. There isn't anyone within near the same driving distance of Albany any way.

And pshooter is right on the tuning scene. I can point you to some good mechanical shops (i.e. Albany Speed Shop), but no one that has an AWD dyno & tuning skills.

Yeah I was planning on making the trip to Ivey but I wanted to double check to see if there was anyone around the area.

 

my friend got his LY 05 tuned at ivey, car runs well..

 

We got any evo owners around here that aren't from Albany and in the twin tiers area? Elmira, Corning, Ithaca, Binghamton?

I live in Elmira and I have seen a couple Evo's on I-86. (Red one, yellow and silver)

I drive the red EVO VIII w/carbon fiber hood and black enkei rims.

 

You might have seen my silver VIII running on I86 between Corning and Elmira.

 

We're thinking of doing an Upstate Evo meet at STM toward the end of August. I'll let you guys know....
