there is already talk of a "spring opener" cruise...I like that title, lol. Gives us all winter to plan it out and do it come spring. That way we can make sure we have a the day off for it waaaaay ahead of time, I personally will insure to have the original day and the rain date off just incase. But I think that'll be cool to do.

Anywho, I'm loading some pics right now from my point and shoot nikon and I'll post em up in a few mins. Don't expect anything to fancy, I don't bother with the editing stuff.

 

Yea it was pretty fun. Ive never opened up my Evo the way I did today. Ill have to go through my pics as well and post some up. BTW it was nice meeting you all. Looking forward to more events like this!

 

Good to meet you to Josh, and glad you enjoyed opening the Evo up. Pretty damn fun, isn't it???

Overall it was pretty fun and it was nice to meet new people. Alot of driving (around 450 miles round trip for me) but it was well worth it.

Oh and BTW on the way home I checked how much boost my Evo was running and even in 3rd and 4th gear it would go to 1.3 bar and stay there.

 

that sounds about right man, our gauges arn't very accurate in the MR's, so it might vary a bit by car. Nice pics btw man.

Damn, looks good.... Season opener is definitely in order. I should be 100% in the next week so or so, so definitely ready for the rest of this season and early next season.

you should have gone, we needed a LY in the mix, there arn't enough around here. Plus it would have just been great to have another evo and it's owner!

I think I am going to try and collaborate (sp) with Paul and whoever else wants to about organizeing the "Season Opener" for like very early May of the 09 season. Paul knows so many great roads up there, he's like a road map.

Look forward to it. Besides, if all goes as planned I will have the rest of my mods done and the Evo 100% how I want it after the winter.

Let's wait and see!

 

nice pics. looks like a good meet. yea u needed some yellow, red and blue evo's there. anybody interested in doing another meet before winter? something in the ma/ nh area.

 

i would i just don't know when, I have a lot of big research projects comming up at work and a wedding the 27th of Sept. But otherwise, if I could fit it in on a sat or sun i would be down.
