Had a great time!!! The roads were awesome, and would do this same route again in a heart beat. It was great meeting the people I haven't meet before and chatting with you guys. Teh 'spring opener' sounds like a great idea. Next time we set a date, we should make it for a Saturday, with Sunday being the rain date. Lets hope mother nature will work with us this time

Oh, and I think we should do this route in the middle of winter. These roads covered in snow, would make for an awesome trip. Count me in for 400+ miles of snow drifting

*For those who took pics, perhaps you guys can colaborate the pics, and make one awesome thread in 'Evo Show n Shine'. Maybe we could draw more attention for poeple who would be interested for another trip like this.

Paul S- tell Ivonne THANKS!! She was a trooper hanging out of the sunroof in teh rain taking pics. Can't wait to see them

I had a great time yesterday. Thanks Paul for leading the way on some great roads. Still in awe about that one long stretch with Ivonne hanging out for the pics.... must have literally been 10 minutes before any other cars came the opposite way I had my doubts with the weather but was more than pleased with the drive and meeting some new, and not so old faces

On another note, there is a kancamangus highway cruise I seen posted up. Will not be exclusive to Evo's but is a chance for those who are looking for more. I am open to another cruise any time, any place.

And the name is Anthony, its ok you forgot my name as I forgot yours Short term memory is a B!tch.

I am sure we could but would not hit the quality of roads we did. There are some sweet places in parts of south western NH and central to western MA that we could do. Organize a cruise and can make this happen. All it takes is someone to start it.

Well, it's managable to organize a cruise. But its getting those who commit to it, to follow through. Unless we watch the weather closely and make it a last minute decision, many people won't show due to rain or whatever. Even on shorter "more close to home" cruises this happens. Please take no offense, and I am not pointing fingers. We could always plot a route, and only give people a week or so to manage their time to go. It is the only way I see a big group getting together and committing on a nice day. We expected a pretty big turnout this past Sunday, but less then half followed through. It didn't bother me to drive in the rain. I would do it again

I feel badly for missing this event. Unfortunately, Kate and I had to work on Saturday (13 hours for me) and I was pretty certain that I had to go in on Sunday as well.

Looks like Paul set up a nice cruise, I'm sorry that we were no-shows. We really were unsure of our availability until the last minute (10:00pm on Saturday night when I was leaving work). Until work quiets down for me (I was here until 11:30 last night), I really shouldn't be committing to anything. That was my bad.

Paul, Tim, if you guys are still up for an event closer to October or November, I'd still love to get out and take some pics- expecially to fill up the calendar... hopefully, we can work something out.

Right on Davids, I'm down for it. Sorry work is tying up your schedule. No one wishes that upon themselves. Priorities are priorities. I know exactly where you are coming from If you guys get any ideas, PM and we can sort some things out with times/places. And I want in this time on the calendar

This winter I want to organize some snowboarding/skiing trips for those who may be interested. I board, but dont care if anyone ski's and wants to join in on the fun. But I will post that up at the proper time.

It's been really tough on both of us lately as work's really becoming a 60- to 80-hour per week commitment for me. Hopefully, this will all reach a head by the end of November/Mid-December and finally calm down. Between now and then, however, all bets are off. I had plans on surprising you guys and making it up despite working Saturday (this would have meant that we'd have the dogs with us for the whole crusie) but when I left Saturday night I could not be sure that I was not needed on Sunday... a really crap situation.

Of course we'll get you in the calendar and I know Kate and I (although noobs) would be down for some snowboarding... as I said, I expect work to lighten up by Christmas time... until then.......back at it.
