My evo is due for inspection in september and as some of you may know I have my 3 ACD lights on. Im just wondering if any other NJ evos have gotten their cars inspected with the 3 ACD lights on and if they have passed.

umm if there is no check engine codes u should pass ur inspection

 

I understand that but that really doesnt help me out to much.

Due to the ACD having an error or fault in the system, can I fail from that?

 

how would the inspector know that all three lights arnt suppose to be lit up? its not like hes a mitsu tech. As skylineracer said, as long as you dont have any CELS you should be in the clear.

 

you should not have a problem, unless there is a code for it. just becuase the engine light is not on does not mean there are no codes, use a scanner check for codes, see if you can clear them if there are, but do not clear engine data. i think you can have 2 codes there without the light and still pass.
