well i really like the gold combat, and almost picked up a gold combat rl a few weeks ago for a steal online but at that moment more college loans came in so i passed.

since I am looking for something I can carry, shoot at the range, etc I want something reliable and nice. I have grown up shooting kimbers since I was 16 so I am partial to them.

I am looking at the TLE RL. i like the idea of having a double thick rust cover (the rail) and the option to add light/laser. It shoots well, can adjust the trigger, not that expensive, and other than the price of ammo, 45 is the only way to go.

you into guns? What kind to you have/shoot?

 

Kimbers are nice guns i haven't found one i didn't love, the 1911 platform is just bad ***. I really want to get the Ultra CDP II but i just bought another mini 14. I have a bunch from a walther p22 to an ar. I usually carry a glock 23 or a sig p239. Where do you usually shoot at?

 

all nice guns. I have yet to find a bad kimber as well, its just a matter of preference. they will all shoot better than I am capable of. The cdp is one of my favorite guns, especially with the crimson laser grips. nice that is available in 9mm too.

currently i carry a walther ppk in .32 auto. actually got some bad a$$ bullets for xmas. i forget what there called, but there like 3 bucks a bullet for .32, have a rubber tip for maximun PENETRATION (there you go dan) through clothes, hallow point shell, and the rest of the round has metal pellets (like buck shot). personal defense only shell, kinda cool though.

when I am in PA I usually shoot out at french creek outfitters. hbu ?
