I bought one a few years ago. My dad took it to work and had it validated. Across the range it was never more than 2 or 3 ft-lbs off. Not bad for $10. Of course, I could have been lucky... their QC might be horrible and the next one off by 15 ft-lbs!

BTW, anyone want a pair of 245/45/17 Kumho V710's or a pair of 365/35/18 V700's (V70A)? Got both waiting for a good home. The V710's are like new (used to be on the back of my sentra). The V70A's were track tires from the previous car owner.

Carson is still upset about snapping the stud on his spacer, and will be buying the t wrench to avoid anymore hulk-like snapping of studs

I think last time I had your car they were too loose before I did the calipers.
I get them snug then give a good solid shove using my upper body. You never want to stand on them to tighten unless you have a very short wrench and no leverage. I had to cut 2 lug nuts off in the past from over torquing. If you think a broken stud sucks imagine cutting off a lug nut that's recessed into the wheel without damaging it. My tigers blood guided me through that one.
