I do it that way also except I'm usually in open toe sandles and a wife beater.

Also, I was watching vid of Shanendoah last night, wow better check your man card before that event. Talk about NO run off room... I think I've become spoiled by the amount of space NJMP has to offer.

If you like your tranny and clutch, you should learn heel/toe. I had a student that scare the crap out of me, he would brake, let off to rev match and shift, back in brake, let off to rev match and shift.

there isn't a lot of run off in spots but the speed is slower so its not that bad.

I need to learn that too.

Look like he also double clutched in the second shift (marc's post).

Or should I take jeff's advice and buy some loafers and practice.

Not me! I get no credit in here! . I heel-toe, although not perfectly smooth.

I drove Carson's car last night with the old version Synapsis valve and was blown the f away with how smooth it was. I want that! Also does anyone know if the new version is better than the old?

I usually use the out side of my shoe to blurp the gas. I have tried using my heal my feet just don't move that way. It makes everyday driving smoother

Same thing, just smaller package. Very smooth operation.

tempting...

if the only difference is the smaller package I am inclined to buy the newer version cause that old one is HUGE. however if here is a performance difference than I want that big ****. i was floored with how responsive it was.. amazing. and here all along I though the IX valve was the chit.
