Thai, that NASA event is god damn expensive!

I don't mean to sound cheap but $310 for one day and $535 for two is pretty high.

I had my sights set on BMW CCA event at lightning for $375 for two days two weeks after that event.

nasa and GTA will be at the same track. GTA is renting track time from nasa. there will lots of show cars and hardparking there on GTA side

Chris Rado and his crazy awd scion will be there along with sierra sierra, asm and other big guys from redline TA.

I'm definitely going to GTA for hardparking purposes. The PCA P&P event is exactly one week after that, and Dan's BMWCCA event is exactly one week after the P&P.

Alright all you knowledgable evo peeps. School me on O2 housings. Is there one that is clearly better than the rest? Looking to keep it recirc'd for noise purposes. My current exhaust hit 97dBa on the sound equipment at the Dover national tour, so I don't think a dump would be wise. I'm still on stock mani and O2 housing, and will be shopping for the O2 housing soon.

Port the stocker, or are you saying port match the aftermarket one before installing? I was considering porting the stock mani and housing myself, but thought I'd try to find some deals in the classifieds first.

what toll with you use for porting? Cast iron will be tough to port without an air powered grinder.

i have a cheapo ebay one i got on here- you can just have it and have at it.

Oh Mr turbine, you saved me tonight! Wanna have a little " suck, squish, bang, blow" action at my place? My son won't mind. He'll be too busy watching film of himself and wondering why he sucks so bad at autox

Not a prob. I've got a few air die grinders and other stuff that would do the job. The big question is ultimate flow. I'm slowly working to "full" SM prep, so every little bit will count. If I can grab a titek or invidia used for a decent price, I'm wondering if that won't be better than a ported stocker. Plus it saves me some downtime and effort
