Yes, Actually, I think he was showing signs all day. I was chasing him at a good pace, and he suddenly slowed down after a few laps. I thought something was up, and Thai made him low down on the straights because the car was running hot. He blew in in the 3rd session iirc. I felt bad. The guy was good. It was alot of fun going back and forth with him. THai said that was his best student ever.

 

speaking of track incidents, there were a few cars taken away on the wrecker this weekend...

I think there were 3 red flag incident on just Sunday. Last time a saw a red flag was over a year a go. So to see several red flags in one day is concerning. There were cars going off in the first instructor session on the first lap. I didn't know chu was there in the instructor group. Lol

i meet that guy last weekend when i instructed at summit main. his dad was the boss of my student. and my student was driving a white 2011 ralliart. he had it in auto at first but then he put it in manual mode. he was missing shift point cause he can't look down at the tach to know when to shift. he need a shift light or louder exhaust so he know when to shift. lol
his boss paid everyone to go out for a track day. must be nice.

coincidentally, my student on sunday was his coworker. he wasn't able to go to track last week, so his boss took him this week. that's some crazy **** dir
