It would b a right hander, skipping the turn-in for the chicane entirely.

I got them used. Chu beat them up pretty good with autox, not much thread left. I only used them once on damp track.

Turn 3 is where the chicane is. I don't know know what Pete is talking about. Not that it's all that important though.

Yep, pretty sure thats it. Turn 3 maybe. Its the right hander before you crest that steep hill.

Is that where Chu was going off?

I still haven't heard back from the registrar regarding the 21st, and there is no one day option for registration. If I don't hear back from him, I'll run the 5th. Right now it looks like I can only due one day, as I don't have much extra $. If they're running Lightning, I have no interest in going. I'm sick of that track.
Its all TB for the Nov. event, no Lightning. Run all three days and you'll only lose one day of work... last one of the year too.

I like the chicane, alot. Its fun without it too, but I think the extra element levels the playing field for those higher HP cars. we ran without it last weekend and I was wishing it was there.

T4 (w/no chicane) is whicked fast. My student from last weekend started out following the 'line' he learned before and was kinda 'blah' thru the turn. Then I showed him how I take it and he was catching MAD people between 3-4-5 after that.

What's so bad about lightning? Its a very fast, flowing track. I just think you need to step up to the advanced group and run with some faster cars/drivers. Rule 10 FTL!

I wish I could afford to do all 3days but I can't, atleast not right now. We'll see what happens next week and take it from there.

I've never ran the chicane, I'm sure I would like it. You can catch people up pretty quickly if you keep your foot in it through that turn (without the chicane).

I've done 5 days at Lightning this year, I'm over it for now. Just not technical enough for me. Too many straights, I want turns, esp after being at Summit. I loved how twisty it was. Speaking of Summit, I would like to go run Main next year, we need to plan a trip for that.

That's a TTC car fool. You think a stock ttc evo can run that time.

how can you say you don't like the chicane if you've never even driven it, lol.

I stand by what I said about Lightning... you just need to run with a faster group and I'll bet you won't think that track has too many straights and not enough turns anymore. I've been on that track more than you and I'm still finding little nuances here and that totally change your entry/exit to a turn. its awesome.

not only that, but its a track with a TON of run-off so you can pretty much drive flat-out without too much worry... assuming to know how to properly 'off' the car that is

I don't know about 'stock', but I would love to drive a TTC prepped EVO on that track and find out.

Thai, you should edit your video to the very when you passed the r8 after he slowed way down.

Then you should have felt defeated and approached him in paddock saying he was braking way too early and you almost got into the back of him so you gave him his space for most of the session.
