Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
It is a fun track, and easy to learn. Not as forgiving as njmp but just don't use the curb too much. They have done a lot recently to give more run off room.
They have kart track there also, which I have credits to use for instructing for FATT.

driver was ok thanks to safety equipment, but this really makes you think it could happen at anytime while on track even if the closest car is 100' in front of you.

I bought it because Aaron was selling it super cheap, and I figure it will happen one day. But I have been thinking about it more and more lately though. It may sound foolish since I'm only doing HPDE, and some people may laugh, but it has its value.
Racing or not, **** happens as you said. My first track day, a Mustang and a GT3 collided. I've witnessed something at every event I've been to this year.
