I think it sucks for autox because there's way too much movement. But for track, its looks great. I can actually follow the track layout more with the driver than just seeing whats straight ahead all the time with a fixed position. Doesn't give a good sense of the track.
Had mine last week. Our company doesn't tell us until year-end also, typically before Christmas. I received a raised back in August, much to my suprise, so I'm not expecting anything, but my boss eluded to a big suprise so I'm pretty excited!

That's one way to think of it. Then there's my way of thinking;
More responsibility = opportunity for growth, experience, and learning = higher demand in job market = more pay (elsewhere if not here)

Since they like to bend their vendors over and rip them a new one, they decided they would rather have us sell our logistics to a bigger logistics company and and have us focus solely on food production
so after driving my car with stock exhaust and no wing I like it. Hardly have anyone trying to race me no looks from cops. I am gong to build my own exhaust over the winter so i can still benefit from the weight reduction and performance but not be crazy loud.
