I don't recall seeing his name on the list. Plus he said he was out several times.

If anyone knows of anyone else looking for a place to live in the Chester County area, please send them my way. Wifey and I just lost our tenants. Nice little condo in a great community.

Yeah, but it doesn't make money, can't rent it for the actual cost. Was just hoping to ride it out til the market got a little better, then launch it. This comes at a very bad time.

No, generally condo's don't have garages. Townhouse, yes.

since we're on the subject of real estate... I'm going to look at a short sale this weekend in Quakertown. 2200sf, 4 bed 2.5 bath, 2 car garage on 1/4 acre. priced to SELL.

Yeah, just remember with a short sale that can take forever to get through the bank. Those numbers are low for a reason, to attract a lot of poeple. Unless its a real dump it will go for way more than what the advertised price is. I'm sure you're aware of all that already.

keyword right there! I recall your space now, and if its anything like Jim's complex, where you can't even have your car on jackstands without the neighbors going crazy, I'm not inclined to think twice! Good luck with it though. Its a nice area!
