I have a Snap On one. It works well, but it's pretty bulky.

For a mechanic, or someone who use it constantly, its totally worth it. For us, probably not. I like the more compact size of Tim's DeWalt one.

The dewalt is only a 3/8 but its crazy powerful. Chu amazon has the makita 1/2in impact only real cheap and it will work with your batteries.

James do you want lithium or doesn't it matter? Dewalt and makita all make alot of tools you can ad on for a low cost and then you can keep the same batteries and chargers.

This is the one I use at work

http://www.amazon.com/DEWALT-DC823KA.../dp/B0015VT0K4

with the holiday season they are running all kinds of promos, I think now its 25 off 100 dewalt purchase and that would make this like 185.

Thats really why I want to stay with the Mikita line. I believe all of their compact and and full size batteries are interchangeable. I just check Amazon, bare 1/2 inch impact wrench for $134 is a steal!

where is the promo you speak of? I have $100 amazon credit so this would help as well.

That 3/8 drive is only rated to 125 Ft/lbs - the 1/2 is rated to 300 ft/lbs

I was just happy to use the snap on one on my friends accord and we were able to remove the lower control arm bolts without any issue with that gun.

I have no clue. Its definitely not as strong as the DeWalt or Mikita though. The battery also doesn't last as long, and its much heavier. It does its job for wheels, but a stronger more compact version would allow more usage!

hmm maybe I should just buy the smaller one then complain about it and then buy the 1/2 drive one later.

plus it will help me fill up my garage which is too full with crap anyway

Those two vettes were retarded.

Thai, there are a series of videos on YouTube of this town that hosts some sort of mustang week or something. All the videos are shot from this intersection with mustang after mustang doing the same thing.
