I've watched professional and club racers at RA. Its a stupid fast track with a lot of elevation change.

I'd have left the cage in if it didn't weigh 80# and was legal for street mod. Just looking at the crash test data for evos makes me want it for street use in a 25mph zone

I have tracked my cars zero times without roll bar and HANS. It ain't a game fool. Its the cheapest life insurance you'll ever have to spend. My neck is worth more than $600.

There's nothing foolish about safety equipments at any level of motorsports. I would drive around the streets with a helmet in if it was legal.

**** happens like you said, when I did the hpde at lightning I could care less what times I got. It nice seeing what you can do with your car but its still a blast even if your at 5-6/10th imo.

All this talk about crashing, lack of runoff and going to different tracks makes me want to stick to njmp.

It really gives you something think about but comes at a bad time where I recently got over mos of my worries that hold me back.

I am interested to see how my all seasons with hold up at the track and in cold weather potentially. I don't care if I'm getting passed by first timers as long as I have fun and bring the car home all shiney.

you can't grow as a driver if you don't move on. you just have to know when to dial it back.

Tim, Thai beat me to it but those be excuses.

Thai, what's your job? And I am fully invested in growing as a driver. I was just whining. This event in February will help me grow as a driver since I only have experience driving on sticky rubber in hot/temperate conditions. It'll be an adjustment.

Hybrid Pro Rage is what I gots. DefNder is also a good one that offer side impact protection. Don't get the HANS brand unless you have side nets or halo seat side head protection.
