Sri! Long time no post. Whats been taking up all your time? This sunday is an autox at warminster! Another event I'll be missing cause I'll be out way too late the night prior. Am I allowed to swing by when I wake up though? Its about 5 minutes from my house.

DUDE. I saw that commercial last weekend and was dying. Then I peered over my shoulders to see if anybody else was and I was the lone pervert

yeah buddy, the Clutch master cylinder, my nemesis, has been eating up my time. Finally got it done, the new prototype is not acting up so far. Plus I have a tune scheduled at KHC this saturday at 9:00 AM. Can't wait !!!! I am also swamped at work.

BTW where exactly is the Auto X, I mean the address. Any website to the event?

Rob, are you planning on attending the Auto X?

EDIT: just checked the map for warminster. I'll be in North Wales this weekend at a friend's place, so the drive should not be bad at all either.

Can anyone vouch that a Mishimoto radiator for an Evo 4-5-6 fits a 7-8-9? I'm pretty sure it will but i can't find any concrete info yet for some reason. Usually i have no problem searching & finding the info needed but i must be missing something here.
EDIT: spoke with a guy who supposedly did the install and said it was straight forward with no issues. Looks like i may just pick one up.

Chip, I remember seeing that there is a slight modification, but dont recall what had to be done. Alls I remember is it wasn't anything major, and will work fine in the VIII and IX. I like my Mishimoto alot btw...

I'll be leaving from Lansdale early in the morning. North Wales is the next town over, you're welcome to follow me there if you want.

Are you getting a special deal on the rad Chip? I'm thinking about picking one of them up now that I'm using the EVO for HPDE & autox. can't have too much cooling.

Why don't you just buy one for an VIII?

Due to the thicker core on the Mishimoto I've heard you can't run anything besides stock turbo set-up, not enough room. So if you plan on putting that PeakBoost kit back on your car you may want to go a different route.

I will say I think my car runs a few degrees cooler with the rad. Its hard to tell with the stupid oe gauge but I swear its a little lower than it used to be.

Because the 4/5/6 version has the filler cap located near the driver side headlight, much like how CBRD has designed their radiator.

Thanks for the directions. I'll have the LICP ready for you.
