The problem is that it never happened to you so you don't know the pain shark went threw the car was new and they trashed it looked like a car from sanford and son..

That could be because you know them. Just saying, i dont know much about you or Pruven, beside's what I've read about.

Most shops that i ever goto are usually morons that know less then i do and make prices on the spot depending on what they see. So no doubt if they know you even a little bit, they will give you a great price with great work and customer service. But the real customer service shows on how they treat everyone, not the selected few. Judging by the number of threads/information i've seen, Pruven seem to be ignoring a lot of peoples calls, and that alone shows you its a fail shop. Because thats not how you do business, especially for the kind of money people dish out to have their cars built, fixed or tuned.

Maybe YOU should get your facts straight. Eric parted out his performance parts,put stock stuff back on the car and SOLD it. This must be Bill (bosco121)from pruven as I know johns s/n is jonnybreezy...and Bill doesn't even own an evo so wtf. Since you know eric (mulholland0132)so well why don't you fill in the rest of the evom community on what happened to his car? Motor back from machine shop the 3rd week in october 2009 and was not back running and ready to be picked up til April of 2010? Was it that he didn't have money,nope,thats not it,was it that he wanted you guys to store his car down at pruven for the winter rather then in his own garage? Nope,thats not it either.Was he promised his car ready by thanksgiving,yes,was he promised his car by new years,yes. Was he promised his car by spring,yep. Did any of that happen,nope. The Pruven saga continues....
The only thing that they have "pruven" is to stay away from there.

 

Listen this is not bill i can assure you of that. and i dont know the story behind erics car i said im pretty sure he sold it because he wanted to start on his new project. thats at least what he told me. why dont you ask him whos doing his next project.

hahahah im with bosco on this one... ive never had a problem there everrrr.. anthony's car is sick and alot of people know about his car so just because you dont know him, that doesnt make him a nobody.. sharkbite you should probably just change your name on here to evom's biggest drama queen honestly.. its pathetic that you still jump in every single thread about pruven and continue bashing them, how long ago was that? really just move on with your life.. as for the OP theres only 2 guys that even work there not counting al, with the business they get its hard for them to promise people when they will get their cars back.. for example john was going to put in my lowering springs for me after he finish some vdub and he ran into a problem which took him alot longer to finish than expected. so i decided to go back a different day for him to do it.. sometimes that happens, people run into problems and with only 2 guys there its not easy to get every car out of there as quick as expected. if you want your car done the right way be patient. as for them no answering the phones, they are busy and cant always get to the phone so i would say make a trip down there if you are that concerned about it and see whats going on.

 

^^ I don't know sharkbite or pruven. I have seen many negative reviews for the shop though. Truth is that just because it happened 4yrs ago doesn't mean water under the bridge. the South is still pissed the north won the war, the middle east has been fighting over sh#t that has happened a thousand years ago. Scars run deep, I have seen Sharkbites video's I would be in the same boat. I would never let them off the hook for what they did 4yrs ago or 40yrs. Any opportunity that presents it self I would take advantage of letting everyone know my experience.
Not getting cars done in the right time frame is squarely on the shop management if you bit off more than you can chew you will choke. Timeframes and deadlines not met are a directly related to poor project management.
