Accident in LIE
Heard from Fox News tonight, two cars, a Dodge Neon and a yellow Evo 8 were racing along Long Island Expressway. At exit 115, if I remember it right, the Evo hit a convenience store and the Neon hit a gas pump and burst into flames. Both drivers were unhurt but arrested with $150,000 bail and scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
Anybody know these guys? Is the owner of the Evo a member of this board? I know my insurance will not go up

These guys just happened to get caught. Racing is going on ALL the time.
Dudes on the bikes are the worst. Believe me I had a 95 ZX9 back in the day. We were stupid on those things.

God kids are dumb, I admit I ve street raced in the past but a $400 dollar ticket changes your out look on life. I know that the mitsu dealership was posting about it too and said the evo won...I was like wtf who cares its street racing...like playing with fire, your bound to hurt yourself, your friends/ loved ones, or others.

I'm 19 and young and yeah I do stupid stuff. But I sure as hell don't street race because I know it's putting other lives at risk as well as my own. Someone could have been severely injured or could have died because someone had to have the bigger *****. KEEP IT ON THE TRACK.
