I implore you to avoid situations that involve physical violence. I bought a car off ebay once. Guy delivered it to me and it was a piece of horse****. It took me months to get my money, I had to go through Paypal, bank of America, and the local PD.

But I got my money bank. Keep logs of all phone calls, texts, emails, etc. And stick with those channels of communication and the legal system.

 

You weren't being naive @ all sending money. 99% people are honest, you caught the *rick that's a smart **s. Call the police and go from there. Be smart...

 

Ok well you posted he was in GA at a funeral this weekend. Well kind tough to due when he checked into Dave and Busters in Providence, RI via Facebook. Just go right to Facebook people put everything up there. On the 26th he was at a meet at South Shore Plaza in Braintree and currently his RSX is at a shop getting a clutch and a lsd install. I found all of this out before I am sure he read this thread and now I am deleted off of his friends list. Hope this helps! Call Boston PD but I will ask my friend Tak who lives in Everett.

 

Wow so he was never in GA, it was a scam all along and my 2k paid for his clutch. This kid just brought trouble down on himself that he didn't want....

Turns out it was a scam from the begining, the evo has been sold for a while and those were old pics of it. He is running scams like these on other boards as well.

 

What a douchebag that kid is. Its people like him that make it more difficult for honest people to do anything in this world. Hope you get your money back.
