Ma inspection sticker w/ stand alone

I have an AEM stand alone on my car right now, I was wondering if anyone in MA has one and figured out how to pass inspection/know a place that will pass it.

Please PM ME.

I know it's been done, my buddy did it with his 240 but the kid moved out of state that hooked him up! The build is pretty much done! Now I'm looking to get this damn inspection sticker taken care of!

I dont know about his suggestion, But Ive been running the AEM since '03 and there is no way to get a sticker in Mass. As soon as the registry computer is plugged into the OBD it reads "NO corospondance" or something like that!

im a mass state inspector and you would have to install your factory ecu and drive for at least 50-100 miles so it can complete all the obd2 monitors. since its a 2001-up you can have up to 1 not ready, any less and the machine will spit out a black rejection sticker.

Just be careful...they're getting more and more crafty by the day.

I tried to get inspected today and it somehow resulted in an "Inspection cannot proceed" printout, accompanied with instructions to setup an appointment at a "Motorist Assistance Center". That means I'm currently locked out of going to any "everyday" inspection center until I head to a MAC.

This would be his best option then. Had no idea you could do that with tephra. Like the other guy said just watch out and hope you don't get the random inspection can not proceed print out. If you receive one of those you are pretty much assed out.

yeah, I have a guy that can set all codes to ready on a stock ECU but since this is stand alone there's not that can be done. I may just throw my old ecu in, MAF, and stock injectors in and just get a sticker.
