people are absurd and trying to sell homes for the same price or more than brand new builds.

Agreed, except that new construction doesn't take into account the housing market crash. So many new construction townhomes looking for 400+ for nothing too special.

^that's just in your sh!tty area where two professional salaries will get you a 60 year old house that was build for middle class families in the 1950s. it's like paying $25k for a used first generation Dodge Neon.

actually i've been comparing and it seems current home owners and reluctant to take a loss so they are actually selling cookie cutter homes for the same or MORE than what new construction is going for

check out this home though!
