What Tires To Get?!

So I just ordered a set of XXR's 521's Hyper Silver 18x10+25mm. I wanted to get some opinions from you guys on what tires to settle with. I don't really like low pro tires too much, but at the same time don't want them to be too beefy. I was thinking about Nitto's NT05's 235/40R18. Do you guys think this would be good? or

Have you tried the dunlop direzza z1 star specs or Hancook Ventus R-S3?

10" wide rims should have 265 or 275 width, NOT 235. That's definitely stretched and bordering on unsafe.

@ jons0n. No I haven't looked at both those tires. It's just right when I saw those Nitto's, I was sold.

@ tkromer. Yeah, now I'm actually thinking about going 245. I still want them to be stretched a bit.

at minimum you should have 265/40/18 on those wheels. Even that size looks slightly stretched. you should try 275/35/18. you will definitely need to do some fender work to get those to fit as well

@ escodotcarter. I will definitely look into those size tires. Yeah I'm hoping I don't have to roll the fenders too much, but will do if a must.

@ jons0n. Man I love both the tires but they're a bit pricey for me.

I'm due for new tires too and I've been looking at Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Great reviews with 300 tread wear! I agree with all the posts so far... IMO I think you should run 275/35/18 with your wheel size

Further to the point made above: Doing some quick research, there are no 235's or 245's that will safely work on a 10" rim. There are a handful of 255's. Thanks
