I don't know if Marc informed anyone yet but he decided that to maximize track time at CTD, that it would just be an open track day with a w2w format. The first timers and novices will get a sticker on their back window and the intermediate group will be timed and black flagged if they aren't turning 23s. There are no longer instructors for this event either since they will be driving.

Are the advanced and instructors bound to the .23 rule also?
