that hopefully will change this year now that you have another dependent. Kids are great little tax deductions.

Child tax deduction is like $3800, then if James bought a house he could deduct mortgage interest and real estate taxes. That's a big *** deduction. I just started doing taxes last night.

Spoke with Jacks yesterday... My trans won't be done until early next week, which means it won't be back here until around the 11th or 12th. Then I still have to get it installed and get some miles on it... Gonna be mad tight for CTD2.

Drop it. It really only helps the wealthiest top 5%. It was revived this month because it was on the chopping block with the fiscal cliff negotiations, but they will have to look at it again soon. Hopefully they kill it. The government has done all it can to prop prices up, this needs to go away so prices drop for everyone. Same with FHA loans and government backed mortgage rates - all fantastically wasteful.
