any of you fools know a way of converting HDMI to DVI with audio. my dad got an old as TV with only one DVI and i'm trying to hook up multiple HDMI device up to it. i need to get a HDMI switch and a HDMI to DVI with audio

this is the only thing i can find so far, but it converts DVI/audio into HDMI. not sure if it's just one way or two way

It's 3 runs for $40, that's like $13.33 per run not $20 but i got no math skillz here.

These karts be evenly match, no room for cold tire excuses due to facility temperature because its all indoor at room temperature on new track and new karts. Team Always with excuses might not have an easy way out of there.

My guess is we will all be fighting it out for 100ths of a second to win. That's gonna be mad crazy battling where the best skillz will rule.

Are you just looking to convert audio or video/audio together? If its the later, I think you're in for a headache.

I had a DVI input on my last DLP TV. I just used an HDMI to DVI adapter for video and ran separate wires for sound, if I remember correctly (8 years ago) I had the sound hooked up through the optical (wording) output from cable box to stereo.

That's probably your best bet if you're not going with a video switch where multiple HDMI goes into the box which goes into the TV. The TV probably has a DVI port + 3.5mm aux jack for sound (so you might need to convert RCA cable to 3.5mm).

Their website says $50 for 3 runs. That's still not worth me driving there on a week night. Maybe in the weekend if I'm already in Philly for something else.

the TV has one DVI input with RCA audio, and several other Component inputs. i got him an internet TV box that only has HDMI out. He also has HD cable box, HD blu-ray box, game console with HD output. but these other units also have Component output, so that's how they are hooked up now.

currently, the HD cable box is hooked up using HDMI to DVI converter, and separate RCA audio.

i want to get a HDMI switch and connect all those HDMI device into it and have one HDMI out. then get a HDMI to DVI/with audio converter to run to the TV. most of the converter box i see that can do this cost between $200-$400

this box says it convert DVI/audio into HDMI, not the other way around. so i don't think it will work.
