I just got rid of an XD SC .40 with CT laser.

 

^ nothing in particular. Haven't been looking hard. Just wanted one since in saw my fiend's ruger slim 9 with attached laser. Haven't fired one so I don't know if I like them. Used to carry a stainless .380 and that was too heavy.

 

Why Chu get rid of XD? I'm thinking of picking one up. Problems?

 

I like the way the XD feels, but never shot one either. I see them here and there when searching for used guns. Whats a good price for them used?

 

def shoot one before you buy. There are lots of options out there and not all are created equal. I recently got a glock 26 gen4 that I really, really like. Its not a slim as the ruger, but the mag capacity and way it fits in my hand more than make up for the extra thickness.

Took the wifey to the range on Sunday and she shot my PT-709 slim, G26 and G19 and surprisingly she said she liked the G26 the best with the G19 right behind it. She was scared of the PT-709, only did one mag and wouldn't touch it again.

no problems, just wanted to get rid of the SC .40. I'll probably pick up a full sized XDS .40 in the near future.

It was up on PAFOA and sold in less than an hour, lol.
