PCD: 2013-2014 Till We Break It Edition
i drove james car for a few laps. those rs-3 had no grip at all. it didn't take much to get the car side way, which was fun because it was low speed.
my all season tires did much better on grillo's car than the rs-3 on jame's car

i was on star specs also...it was still slippery as ****.
i know i mentioned it before but this was literally the best event ive done from fun factor down to organization.
thai - i am dissapointed you didnt have a neon and mirror set up for your display car.
just a quick teaser edit since my laptop cant handle the good stuff and im too tired to do anything else.

hope all you bishes had fun at the cold, wet tire domination.
those of you who were wet track day virgins I'm curious to hear what you thought? was it as bad as you invisioned or did you actually learn a lot about car control.
if you had a great time at this event then you will really have an appreication for doing a dry day where there is massive amount of grip.

I drove cupcakes M3 for a few laps that had Z1's up from and RS3's in the rear. Front had WAY more grip than the rear. I was oversteering a lot.

On the other hand I drove Shiv's TT that had brand new Conti DW's and that thing had MASSIVE amounts of grip. I couldn't get the back end to step out at all.

the cold *** weather
hydroplaning in the brake zone
Fear from seeing all the novices spin out.
The GOOD-
Since the course is slower it gives novices time to react better to driving situations
Gave me more time to look ahead.
since you had more time between turns you could settle and prepare for the next turn
I feel like I had more feedback from my car for when I was losing grip and the threshold between losing grips and total loss of control was more forgiving than in the dry
And now Marc, when I texted you saying bad the RS-3s would be do you believe me? I'm sad I didn't get the star specs mounted on my volks!
