Still trying to figure out why you were driving the line you were... The standing water thing makes no sense.

why are you embarrassed? as much as we joke about domination and all that ish, its not a timed event or a race. Its a drivers education. you left knowing more than when you arrived, so I'd say it was a good day.

what is this ish about driving thru standing water tho...??

It is rich. I've noticed it being especially rich since the cold weather started. I'm spiking at 10.8 at wot leaning to 11.2-3. That's usually regular pump 93. It's slightly richer with race gas. The power feels good though. It doesn't feel to be hesitating like its knocking from fuel or being way too rich.

Carson, +1 on driving the car home. I make that my goal for every event. Just get seat time and you'll get more comfortable. There is no skipping seat time to get to a certain point unless you're a natural.

Jordan was showing him the rain line. I didn't think that was as important on this track as some other track like glen or Shenandoah.

Exactly what Jordan told me. I think the combination of my nervousness and the rain he was doing whatever he could to keep me out of harms way, and prevent me from feeling any type of hydroplaning by running the dry line.

Safety first in this case, and I think it was the right move. By the last session Marc had me taking more of a dry line in certain parts of the track, as well as increased my overall speed by 10-15 percent.

Andy, you had a good instructor. I'm blanking on his name but we met him up at the glen back in September.

Carson, why so scared of Tbolt in the rain? It's not like you ever had a bad run-in in the rain there........
