D'Ambrosio by me does the same thing. They won't sell you anything without it regardless if you have part number or not. I don't see why they'd be worried about warranty work when they won't even do regular TSB's on their own time.
I order parts from there all the time. I've actually become buddy-buddy with the guys (mad homo), they don't ask me anymore. They did the first couple of times a long time ago... maybe they have it on file or something, idk. The guys there are actually pretty cool, they even let me return parts that I've special ordered, most places won't let chu do that.

I went to Toyota because to get spark plugs and they wouldn't sell to me because my car was too low mileage to change spark plugs. Unbelievable.
Exactly.

There is one guy that was ok to deal with in the parts department at D'Ambrosio last time I was there. I've always had great interactions with Mike at Cherry Hill. Their prices are better and he will take the time to look up a part and actually go out of his way to get something for you. He hooked Tim S up when he needed a tcase seal and it was back ordered. And they never asked me for a vin.

If you guys can't come up to help with the part out, that will be sad . But I'll have to get it done in some way, shape, or form.

Sad about my IX being gone. But I've got other cars to look forward to as I move on.
