PCD: 2013-2014 Till We Break It Edition
the only thing i see is you probably carried too much speed entering T4 and turned in a little early.
it doesn't matter if its the last TT event. you should do it if you can so you familiarize yourself how the TT group grid and run on track.

nothing wrong with your line. and its not like there is "one and only one" line to drive on this or any track.
i will say you do pinch the entire infield and are a couple feet off the entry/exit curbs errwhere except the exit T7. That shouldn't keep you out of TT doe.

The direct criticism was that I took an unpredictable and therefore unsafe line through 2/3 by staying out wide which allows me to get further inside to setup 4. Maybe I was a little too wide, but that's the line you guys as well as Jordan taught me as the evo line like 3 years ago, and it's always worked. I'll discuss it with you more off the forums.
I agree there were multiple other mistakes on that lap, it just happened to wind up being my fastest that day. I was messing around with turn in points for 3/4/5 all weekend.

wow, I don't see any of what you described in your vid... wtf is unpredictable about that lap?
email the TT director and tell him you want to run TT3 next weekend. If need be tell him one of us will give you a check ride.

i need to talk to jordan again this weekend and see what we can figure out. joel gave me a check ride on his recommendation.
but anyway...had some other fun this weekend, little twitchy but controllable...should probably do an alignment. only mod is eibach front sway.
I won't be at the event this weekend, damn work function getting in the way. I will be at AZP Day and the 11/8 NASA event --- DE ain't a game!
If you want another check out ride, Joel can schedule it with Ron; I have no reservations about your driving skills in TT.
was just about to shoot you an email. i owe you a beer man, thanks. didnt get to catch up with you at thompson to discuss further/see if you had talked to him about our conversation. inconsistent would be a criticism i would 100% accept as i was running on next to no experience running the r1's due to a concern with one of my street tires from the fender liner ejection. Ill track down ron saturday.
slight chance ill be at the 11/8 event, trying to beg/borrow/steal some switches at work.
seriously...thanks.

requiring anyone to be able to heel-toe in order to race or TT is IMO retarded and not enforced or required anywhere in any form of motorsports. standard transmissions are becoming a thing of the past. Flappy-paddle gear boxes are almost the norm on any "modern" sports car sold now.
Yeah I don't see how it could ever be a legitimate requirement, but it's not like I can't do it, it's just not perfect. Part of it is dealing with a sloppy awd drivetrain. But at the end of the day if the downshift doesn't upset the car it shouldn't matter how you achieve it
if heel/toe was a requirement, there would be one less colorful udm on the grid.
Jay made drunk rant post on FB about heel/toe also. said if you can't heel/toe, you shouldn't be in the advance group.
